HALO

The HALO was designed to meet specific international military requirements for a compact, high efficiency suppressor rated for fully automatic fire for the 5.56mm weapons utilizing NATO ball ammunition. The additional requirement was that the suppressor be able to quickly attach securely to a 22 mm standard NATO specification flash hider without the use of tools. The HALO suppressor meets and exceeds these requirements in a physically small package.

The HALO utilizes the proven baffle design from the well known and highly successful M4-96D and is manufactured on the latest state-of-the-art CNC manufacturing centers from space age materials. It provides sound reduction well in excess of OSHA and MIL-STD requirements and is comparable to the M4-96D. There is no degradation of weapon accuracy. Suppressor life is known to exceed 75,000 rounds.

The patented mounting system utilizes the 22 mm standard NATO-specification bird-cage type flash hider as used by the military worldwide. Mounting or removal can be performed without the use of tools in less than 30 seconds.B This suppressor and mount were designed specifically for military weapons and may not fit on non-standard aftermarket flash hiders or muzzle brakes often found in the United States. If there is any question, it is fairly simple to change to a 22 mm NATO specification flash hider, such as the Colt A1.

The suppressor comes with detailed instructions for installation and use. It also includes a peel washer for remounting of the AR15/M16 flash hider should the original flash hider be mounted with a crush washer.

POST-BAN WEAPON NOTE Since the September 13, 2004 expiration of the law banning assault rifles produced in the previous 10 years, there is no longer any prohibition on threading barrels or adding flash hiders. This has become a non-issue.

G5: The NEW Standard of Comparison

The G5 replaces the venerable M4-96D in a shorter, lighter, and more efficient package. It meets the requirements that the suppressor be quickly and securely attached to and removed from the weapon's flash hider without tools. The G5 suppressor not only meets, but exceeds SOCOM requirements in a physically small package that only adds 5.5 inches to the overall weapon system length.

The all new Gemtech Quik-Mount mounting system (patents pending) provides the fastest, one-handed install — simply push and twist — with no gates, levers, or locks. There are no springs to lose tension or break and allow the suppressor to unscrew. There are no external flash hider threads with potential for damage or loosening. The mounting system assures consistent mounting with repeatable and predictable accuracy.

The barrel portion of the mount is torqued into position to assure utmost accuracy. By utilizing additional flash hider mounts on a variety of weapons, the G5 suppressor can be quickly, easily, and securely moved from weapon to weapon as the situation requires. The G5 Quik-Mount retains compatibility with the older Bi-Lock mounts.

M4-02 (Piranha)

Designed for the entry team, the M4-02 (Piranha) is a more compact and more efficient replacement for our venerable Predator. As with its predecessor, the M4-02 (Piranha) is built from high nickel steel alloys finished with a matte black oxide finish. Designed for semi-automatic and limited fully automatic fire, the suppressor mounts on the muzzle threads in place of the flash hider. This is the ideal companion for the Colt M16 and Commando. Muzzle velocity and accuracy are not adversely affected by the unit.

The M4-02 (Piranha) is available for the standard Colt muzzle thread (1/2x28). It is rated for limited fully automatic fire.

The all new HVT Suppressor is a shorter, lighter, more efficient .30 caliber general purpose rifle suppressor than the TPR-S suppressor it replaces. The totally new baffle stack (patent pending) offers reduced weight as well as improved sound performance. Designed specifically for the 7.62x51 mm NATO (.308 Win) cartridge, it delivers outstanding performance on any bolt action tactical or semi-automatic rifle. It is offered either with a standard 5/8-24 thread mount or the new, maintenance free Gemtech Quik-Mount mounting systems (patents pending).

The HVT has an unusually quiet sound signature that is indistinguishable from and masked by the bullet flight noise, making it ideal for both urban and rural tactical operations. Recoil and flash reduction are unparalleled.

QUIK-MOUNT OPTIONS:

The Quik-Mounts muzzle adapters are the patented Bi-Lock flash-hider/mounts and are torqued into position to assure utmost accuracy. Additional Bi-Lock mounts are available in order that the HVT suppressor may be used with multiple .30 caliber rifles.

	The phantom style flash hider style bi-lock mount provides outstanding flash suppression and is most popular on semi-automatic tactical rifles. Mounts are threaded 5/8-24.
	The barrel tensioning style bi-lock mount telescopes back over the barrel to tension the critical distal 2 inches of the barrel against a square shoulder to provide utmost accuracy. This is the most compact mount, with the crown at the far end of the bi-lock. Muzzle tensioning is a proven accuracy enhancing technique. Mounts are threaded 5/8-24.

THREAD MOUNT OPTIONS:

Thread mounting HVT suppressors normally are threaded 5/8-24, an industry standard. On special order, the thread mount version HVT can be supplied with metric M18x1 threads found on a number of European rifles.

SUBSONIC AMMUNITION:

Subsonic ammunition utilizing heavy, boat-tail projectiles do not stabilize adequately to avoid baffle contact in barrels with a twist rate slower than 1 turn in 8 inches. This ammunition is used at the owner's risk, and damage caused by subsonic ammunition is not covered under warranty.

STORMFRONT (.50 caliber)

Designed specifically for the .50 caliber Barrett models 82 and M107 rifles, the STORMFRONT features a 2-point mounting system for increased stability and safety. It has redundant safety features while retaining a light weight. Flash and visual (dust) signature is almost completely done away with.

The STORMFRONT reduces sound levels more than 10 deciBels below the bullet flight noise. At the shooter's ear, it meets the European requirements for shooting without hearing protection.

Currently available only to US Government agencies.
